Following a number of significant recent appointments, we are expanding our healthcare design team and are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist with a strong interest in technical design and project delivery.

The role offers the opportunity to contribute to technical development across all stages of major healthcare and public sector projects, working alongside an experienced team of architects and technologists.

The Role

The successful candidate will contribute to the design, coordination and delivery of complex projects, including:

  • Preparing and coordinating planning, tender and construction documentation

  • Developing detailed technical work packages using Revit and BIM workflows

  • Coordinating project information with architects, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers

  • Supporting the resolution of technical and multidisciplinary coordination issues

  • Assisting with compliance reviews against Irish Building Regulations, statutory requirements and healthcare design standards

  • Participating in technical meetings, project reviews and site inspections

  • Attending site inspections and supporting construction-stage project delivery

  • Reviewing contractor submissions and responding to technical queries with support from the wider project team

  • Contributing to the continued development of technical and BIM standards within the practice

We are looking for:

Qualified Architectural Technologist

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Strong technical design, detailing and project delivery skills

  • A good understanding of construction methods, materials and building systems

  • Experience preparing architectural drawings and project documentation

  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM-based project delivery

  • Good knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and statutory approval processes

  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to manage assigned tasks and contribute effectively across multiple project stages

  • A proactive, collaborative and solution-focused approach

  • The ability to work effectively within a team-based and client-focused environment
