Kevin Jackson Architects is a collaborative Limerick-based architectural practice delivering significant healthcare, education and public-sector projects across Ireland. Our studio combines excellence in design with strong technical delivery, BIM-led coordination and practical experience across every stage of a project. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to contribute ideas, take real responsibility and see the impact of their work on patients, staff, students and communities. At KJA, we place real value on creating a positive, welcoming and connected studio environment. We organise regular office outings that give everyone the opportunity to step away from project work, spend time together and build stronger relationships across the team. From escape rooms and candle-making workshops to group walks, outdoor activities and days spent exploring nature, our social events are varied, inclusive and designed for everyone to enjoy. Sharing knowledge.

Learning and professional development are an important part of working at KJA.We organise regular internal talks, project reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions that allow team members to learn from one another and from the different challenges encountered across our work. Colleagues are encouraged to share their experience, technical knowledge and lessons learned, helping the whole studio develop together. We also support participation in CPD sessions, industry events, specialist presentations and other learning opportunities outside the office. Our aim is to create an environment where everyone remains curious, continues developing their skills and has the opportunity to grow throughout their career.
