Following a number of significant recent appointments, we are expanding our healthcare design team and are looking for talented professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality architecture and technical excellence.

These roles offer the opportunity to lead and develop major healthcare projects from concept through to completion, working alongside a dynamic and enthusiastic team of architects and technologists.

The Role

Successful candidates will play a key role in the delivery of complex healthcare and public sector projects, including:

  • Leading the technical design and mentoring the technical team.

  • Coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and specialist advisors.

  • Preparing and overseeing planning applications, tender documentation, construction information and technical specifications.

  • Chairing technical meetings and workshops, presenting design proposals and preparing project reports.

  • Undertaking site inspections, contract administration and construction stage services.

  • Managing project delivery in accordance with Public Works Contracts, statutory requirements and healthcare design standards.

  • Contributing to the continued growth and development of the practice's healthcare and public sector portfolio.

We are looking for:

Qualified Senior Architectural Technologist with approximately 5–12 years' professional experience.

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Strong technical, design and project delivery capabilities across all project stages

  • Proven experience delivering complex built projects, ideally within the healthcare, public sector or education sectors

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and coordinating with consultants, contractors and clients

  • Thorough knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, statutory approval processes and Public Works Contracts

  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM-based project delivery workflows

  • Strong organisational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • A proactive, collaborative and solution-focused approach to project delivery

  • The ability to perform effectively within a team-based, client-focused environment
