Following a number of significant recent appointments, we are expanding our healthcare design team and are looking for talented professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality architecture and technical excellence.

These roles offer the opportunity to lead and develop major healthcare projects from concept through to completion, working alongside a dynamic and enthusiastic team of architects and technologists.

The Role

Successful candidates will play a key role in the delivery of complex healthcare and public sector projects, including:

  • Leading and mentoring project teams

  • Managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement

  • Coordinating multidisciplinary design teams

  • Developing planning, tender and construction documentation

  • Chairing project meetings and preparing reports

  • Undertaking site inspections and contract administration duties

  • Managing project delivery in accordance with Public Works Contracts and statutory requirements

We are looking for:

Architects (RIAI Registered) with approximately 7–12 years' professional experience.

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Strong design, technical and project management skills

  • Experience delivering built projects, ideally within the healthcare sector

  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational abilities

  • A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery

  • Sound knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and Public Works Contracts

  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows

  • Experience managing design teams, contractors and client relationships

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
