Following a number of significant recent appointments, we are expanding our healthcare design team and are looking for talented professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality architecture and technical excellence.
These roles offer the opportunity to lead and develop major healthcare projects from concept through to completion, working alongside a dynamic and enthusiastic team of architects and technologists.
The Role
Successful candidates will play a key role in the delivery of complex healthcare and public sector projects, including:
Leading and mentoring project teams
Managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
Coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
Developing planning, tender and construction documentation
Chairing project meetings and preparing reports
Undertaking site inspections and contract administration duties
Managing project delivery in accordance with Public Works Contracts and statutory requirements
We are looking for:
Architects (RIAI Registered) with approximately 7–12 years' professional experience.
Candidates should demonstrate:
Strong design, technical and project management skills
Experience delivering built projects, ideally within the healthcare sector
Excellent communication, leadership and organizational abilities
A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery
Sound knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and Public Works Contracts
Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
Experience managing design teams, contractors and client relationships
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
